Important Information About E-Mail
LOOK

The best way to contact anyone about anything posted on this web site is via e-mail.

Before sending an e-mail to any of the EVOC faculty or staff at CSUSB, please read (scroll down to see whole page), and be sure that the e-mail you send, meets all of the following criteria:
  1. Check to be sure the e-mail address (TO:) is correct. Follow this link to Program Faculty to find the e-mail address of each faculty member.

  2. The subject of the e-mail message (SUBJECT:) should start with the words "EVOC Information for" followed by your first name and last name.

  3. Send a copy (CC:) to yourself as a record of what you sent and when you sent it. See #5 below about sending all related messages from the same e-mail address.

  4. Start your message by indicating your first and last name. If you have already been admitted to CSUSB, please include your "MyCoyote" student ID number and indicate any EVOC courses you have already completed and/or need to enroll in. Then indicate what your question is or what it is that you need. For example:
My name is Fred Fudrucker and my student ID number is 000112233. I have applied for admission to CSUSB for Winter Quarter 2010, in order to enroll in the EVOC 501 course. I have looked at the information about EVOC 501 posted on the web site (http://ve.csusb.edu/evoc501.html) and my question is ...

  5. If you have more than one e-mail address, please send all e-mail messages that relate to any of the EVOC courses from the same e-mail address. If you do not already have a personal e-mail address that you can use for this purpose, you can get a free web based e-mail account from Yahoo.com (web based e-mail can be used from any computer that is connected to the internet).

  6. Please do NOT send any attachments with your e-mail and do NOT use any fancy format features such as font size, color, bold, italics, underline or anything other than just plain text.
Please make questions as concise and specific as possible and, if applicable, be sure to cite the URL of any page on the web site about which you may have questions.
