Follow the link just below to our current online:

  4. Do I need to have a computer? - It is certainly to your advantage to have a computer at home with access to the World Wide Web through an Internet Service Provider, but if you don't have your own computer, you can use computers that are available in various labs here on campus or in any public library. If you have not developed basic word processing, e-mail and web surfing skills you should take a basic computer skills course before signing up for any of the EVOC courses. For additional information follow the link just below to Dr. Pendleton's essay on:

Second, if you run into any problems, send an e-mail to Dr. Pendleton (with your full name and SS#) briefly explaining the problem, and/or attend the first session of any EVOC course you need to register for (even if there is a problem with admission or registration). The dates, times and locations of all EVOC classes are posted on the current:

  9. What course should I take first? - Anyone who has basic computer skills and is able to access information on the World Wide Web should start with EVOC 501. If your preliminary credential is about to expire, it is possible to take all of the Level 1 courses during the same quarter, but that is a lot of work. 14. When should I apply for my teaching credential? - In most cases it is recommended that you wait until you have a good prospect for a teaching job before you apply.
